3. Laptop – Performance issues , Black or blue Screen error, Battery Draining
4. Printers – Drivers installation, configuration, printing issues.
5. I pad, I phone – Devices wired or wireless, IOS, ITunes, I cloud, Email Configuration.
6. Windows – 7,8,10
7. Common Technical issues.
Qualification : Any Undergrad/Graduate (2018,2017,2016 pass outs)
Experience : Fresher's & Experienced.
Role : Technical Support
Support Type: International Voice Process
Salary / Benefits : 2 LPA to 3 LPA (Depends on the interview performance) + Free Home pick & drop + Variable benefits.
