Position 1  - Process Trainer
Experience / Skills : Should have experience of working as a Trainer in BPO for minimum 1 year.
Should have Decent communication skills
Should know Throughput, Certification & Training related terms.
Should know basis KRA's, KPI's of process trainer
Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts
Salary /  Benefits : upto 2.52 Lakhs Per Annum
Education : Any UG / Graduate / PG / Diploma


Position 2 -  Customer Experience Specialist
Experience / Skills : Should have BPO experience or exposure.
Should have good knowledge in Training.
Should have good understanding of customer service/support.
Soft skills trainer would be preferred.
Should have excellent communication skills.
Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts
Salary /  Benefits : Package upto 2.52 Lakhs Per Annum
Education : Any UG / Graduate / PG / Diploma

Position 3 -  Team Leader
Experience / Skills : Candidate must have minimum 12 months experience working as a TEAM LEADER in International BPOs.
Should know all the KRAs and KPIs of team leader.
Should know the formula to calculate ATTRITION,SHRINKAGE,AHT, SERVICE LEVEL. Looking for immediate joiner.
Should have good team handling experience and should know team bonding etiquette.
Package upto 4.00 Lakhs Per Annum
Education : Any UG / Graduate / PG / Diploma

Position 4 - Talent Acquisition Executive
Experience / Skills : Fresher or 6-8 months of HR experience.
Good communication skills.
Looking for immediate joiners.
Should have stable approach.
Should be comfortable extending shifts ( LOCALITE & Male Preferable)
Package upto 2.40 Lakhs Per Annum
Education : Any Graduate / PG / Diploma
