Job title: Marine Personnel Executive/Junior Recruiter
Roles & Responsibilities 
 Managing the selection and recruitment of all seafarers
 Briefing, interviewing, screening and hiring for all seagoing personnel
 Checking application forms and previous Company's records for each seagoing personnel prior to engagement
 Ensure having organized documentation for all crewing matters
 Verifying that the qualifications and experience of new recruits are genuine
 Update & maintain crew database daily
 Monitoring available ex-crew and schedule deployment
 Prior experience in usage of any crew management systems or crewing applications an added advantage
